Lost Forum Friends
So, I was fumbling around the forum today, and I found myself missing Raven Nox.
It got me thinking, who else used to post around here that people might miss? How many old friends have vanished from this haven of gaming?
This is a place to remember those who are no longer with us, and hope that they might one day come back.
My friend Delzethin is currently running a GoFundMe account to pay for some extended medical troubles he's had. I have said it before, and I'll say it again: I miss Kawaii Ryukishi. I did indirectly talk to him through Rubah in chat, though a few months ago.

I definitely miss LunarWeaver (who is here from time to time), Tavrobel, Nominus Experse and the rest of the EoFF Diablo II group. ;_;
Granted, I still talk to Tavrobel from time to time, but it's not like it use to be. Nominus has disappeared to the winds.
I think most of my EoFF friends from days gone by have actually come back in the last year or two!
Most I have on Facebook but miss their presence on the forums. The rest... just hope one day they'll come back for a bit to say hi.

I've sort of reached this point in my life where I don't really dwell on the people who have passed through. I see the times I've spent with others to be brief and usually beautiful moments in the grand scheme of thing that I can look back on fondly, and wonder about what happy circumstances might make us cross paths again in the future. But it also makes me excited to think about what other new, unknown people I might encounter and what sort of impact they'll leave once our time is up.
And that's sort of the beauty of the whole thing. Life is very dynamic like that. You never know how things will turn out. As cheesy and overused as it is, there's some truth in the phrase: "Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened."
Oops I got my philosophy in a GC thread I'm so sorry. I miss "copy paste DUH" chick because that was comedy gold.
Too many to name. Everyone I know goes away in the end.
