Beanie. Weather is not a factor.
Yeah what Happy said, beanies are what I like to wear regardless of the weather.

Alternatively, men without hats.

I don't wear hats as often as I used to, but I enjoy the simple baseball cap, it does what it needs to do - keeps the sun out of your eyes and keeps my head comfy. As for aesthetics, nothing beats a top hat, surely?

I wear them all the time - the more childish the better. I really love those hats that are faux fur with faces or ears and stuff, and bobbly bits.

Does a hood count as a hat? Otherwise, I don't wear any. I believe fedoras deserve a mention though. XD
Oh, yeah, if you're counting hoods then I wear one of them pretty much every day during winter.
