From what I recall reading in various papers on Friday, he claims he shot her as he mistook her for an intruder. The police however don't fully believe that as there was reports by neighbours within the gated compound of arguing at his address, not to mention that there was no signs of forced entry. In short they reckon she pissed him off so he put her in the ground.
