It tastes great to me. Though I've always wanted to try Medium rare, though I don't want to spend money on something I might not enjoy.

I keep waiting for a friend or family member to eventually order a medium rare steak so I can sample it, but alas, nothing.

Lies, I know how to eat my steak. MEDIUM RARE though if it is more on the rare side, oh well. Also, really depends on the cut of meat. Different meat cuts take different cuissons.

Also, Formy you can just order it medium rare and if you find it too bloody you can send it back and ask for it more cook. People do it all the time at work.
