This is my 1000th post and next month will be my two years on this site!!!
I am very happy to have found this forum. It has greatly affected my life. Since I joined this forum I have gotten my GED, went to college, gotten some work experience, gotten my driver's license, started dating a wonderful man whom I met on this forum, got my green card to be a permanent resident, and moved to South Carolina, among other things.

Discuss celebration worthy things in your life.
On the 15th, I started my appointments to get on the waiting list for a kidney. It's been years but I need to get on the list for the transplant for a better and improved life. Well, that's it for now. Also congrats for getting post number 1,000.
Apparently, I have been declared banished.

Um, next month I start moving into my much larger apartment in a better neighborhood at a lower rate of rent. Does that count??

I reached 10,000 yesterday! It only took me about a gazillion years.
I'm about to rock out to 7k any day now.
I've been really happy (if albeit stressed) lately.

Celebratory things: I'm dating my best friend ever.
I took too many breaks so my post count is low if you notice my join date. As i said in the other thread, I been posting very consistently since the beginning of 2012. I even came close to winning a Ciddie!

I dunno how many posts I'm at.
But I got engaged to my best friend yesterday and we're going to be moving to an awesome new city soon. And my health problems have gotten under control finally. Life is good, if super busy.

I have gone through a lot since joining this forum. But my life is pretty damn awesome right now because I'm married to a super cool, super nerdy guy and we have a son who is super cool and someday will be super nerdy too!
