That is Final Fantasy 13 Episode Zero Promise novel or the drama dvd or cd from Square Enix. Here is the pic and the link from Final Fantasy Wikia Final Fantasy XIII Episode Zero -Promise- - The Final Fantasy Wiki has more Final Fantasy information than Cid could research ou wait I think Zero promise is drama cd. Well I don't know.

Because Square Enix has not released English version. So I'm looking for a English version over the Internet. And I found one. Maybe this link below is the real novel. And up there is the drama.
