Do you use them a lot? I do. I love 'em. Preferrably personal ones, not asking me to do something. I don't like those ones. Just... tell me what's up with your life or something, and we can go from there! I like getting to know people in a more private situation where possible and I don't often get that chance with a lot of you who aren't around at the times I am.

I'm in a majorly social mood lately and I'm stuck at work, so this will basically have to do. I'm pretty sure that when I'm home I'll probably end up busy with various other things which doesn't help much, either. I also love phonecalls, but that's another story. I use PMs for randomly catching up with people, organising meetups, sending information to myself so I can pick up on it when I get home from work (sort of like a notepad for my account at EoFF), whatever. I don't like visitor messages as much because I prefer privacy, but that's just me, I guess. I still use Visitor Messages for quick things like saying when it's someone else's turn on Triple Triad.

Talk about PMs and how often you use them, what you use them for, etc.

I don't them very often unless it's for like... EoFF related stuff? No one ever PMs me just to chat, though.

I rarely use them. I do most of my chatting in chat, or occasionally via VM's.

Huxley is the only person I will ever start a conversation with. With everyone else I'm terrified I'm bothering them or interrupting them or something and I'll just wait for them to talk to me first.

This is how I end up with millions of people on AIM/MSN/Skype/Steam and then never say anything to them.

I am the worst with PM's and texts etc etc

I get them through to my phone. So I read em on my phone and then I'm like "Oh yeah I'll reply to that later"

3 weeks later. Oh shee-it!

I do use them a fair bit. Usually for editory stuff or when Loony BoB is harrassing me (ilu really)

I have PM chains with several EoFFers that have been going on for years. I love having PM friends! I usually reply daily or weekly though as I get a bit lazy sometimes.

I don't use PMs that much. Maybe I should use them more, pick random people to PM on a day to day basis.


...nah. The fear mentioned earlier is a reason to never talk to anyone ever.

I don't PM people much but when I do, it's to tell them to get on instant messenger or Xbox Live.

I PM more than I post. Though I haven't had any long PM chains going for a little while now, I'd say my overall PM count since I joined would be somewhere around three times my post count.

Sometimes, I can take a little while to reply, but even if I happen to be busy with something, I don't mind getting PMs since I can just reply to them when I do feel I have the time. So yeah.
