I agree with Shlup. I think out of everyone it had to be Webber, he did see Derek perform the spinal surgery, and he had a close bond with Amelia because of the AA. I think he knows her well and in the show he does provide a lot of that wisdom because of his age and experience I think. I'm really glad Stephanie was part of it and I hope she gets some more storylines of her own like this!

I think that now the Herman storyline is (kind of) concluded, we'll go back to seeing him try to rekindle his relationship with his daughter!

Ahh the latest episode annoyed me. smurfing Amelia and Owen - WE WERE SO CLOSE YOU GUYS. SO CLOSE.

Stephanie is well the best character though. She's cracked me up all this season. Next week preview shows that McDreamy might be McDead. Uh oh. I doubt it, he's just McHeroing everyone in the McCar crash.

Some observations:
















There were so many ways he could have left the show - have him work in DC and just come back at the end, for example! And what, Meredith just didn't call Amelia or anyone? I understand next of kin, but even so. And to have him die because of negligence? What the hell. Eleven seasons of a character just tactlessly wiped out. Ugh.
