Super Mario RPG Joke
Back when I was first back in Nashville (Spring 2010), my brother came to visit for a few weeks, in which he and I were fooling around with ZSNES' cheat feature, and through it we developed a rudimentary understanding of what hexadecimal does.
We also played a ton of Squaresoft RPGs, including Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy VI, and, notably, Super Mario RPG. (Based on the discussions we had at this time about the script, I later ended up doing an unsolicited rewrite of Final Fantasy VI that I'm liable to get sued for sooner or later.)
But that is entirely beside the point!
We were just riffing on Super Mario RPG one day while we were playing it, and we happened upon the guy in Monstro Town who says:
My Brother: The prize is, you get to kiss my ASS!!If you jump 100 times, I'll give you a prize!
Me (as Mario): F*** YOU!!!
My Brother (as guy): NO, F*** YOU!!!
BREAKING NEWS: MARIO ARRESTED FOR MASS MURDER
