How do you get the pigtails? Do you have to say 'Surprise me'?

I think you need a certain number of style points or some such. The easiest way I found is simply spam bang changes at 500 a pop. Took out about 11 grand or so I think. So 20+ changes of bangs. The stylist will great you differently so you will know when the pigtails and the ponytail are available.

For any interested my code is apparently 4828-4177-8052. Haven't done any friend adding before so hopefully I grabbed the right number. Probably will have to look up process and all that.

I got my Style points by going through Furfrou designs. Each grooming is 300, and once I went through the entire list, I had picked up enough points to get into the boutique in Lumiose. I haven't checked for new hair options yet though. Still, if grooming is worth as many style points as a haircut, Furfrou would be cheaper.

When in PSS, there's a little folder at the top near the internet symbol. That folder has GTS, Game Sync, and O-Power all listed in there. Click on that and all of them are listed. If you click on someone on PSS while online, then you can just access the O-Powers from there and add them to people.
