When the Most Helpful Member award comes around, people invariably think of a staff member who responded to their problems with speed and accuracy. And that's great: it's nice to thank the hard working staff for the job that they do. But plenty of other members -- those "ordinary" folks -- lend a helping hand to those in need, in a variety of different ways. I think everybody nominated should be thanked for their selflessness and kindness. No matter the form it takes, the assistance these fine folk offer is appreciated, and this award is here to celebrate them even if we might forget to thank them at the time


I would love to regale you with tales of their fine deeds, but I think it's more appropriate to hear the stories straight from the horses mouth, as it were. So if you're particularly grateful to one of these members -- or another entirely! -- now is a great time to say why, or simply to say thanks aloud.

Eyes on Final Fantasy is a close knit family. And when somebody leaves, it can leave a rift, an empty feeling that's not filled no matter how much rep you whore yourself out for. Eyes on Final Fantasy has brought us all together, inspiring friendships and romantic relationships. It's played an important role in our lives, no matter the severity. And that's special. Real special.


So take a moment to appreciate loved ones who have moved on, and remember to appreciate your dear friends who are still here. You never know what life has in store. God, that's a bit of a downer. Sorry

I just want to say that a lot of these nominations really make me sad. I mean, most emotional? Is that supposed to be a good thing? And, what, MLT be banned? What did I even do? I've worked hard to contribute to this site and write articles and run events and now I'm trying to help out with the speeches and you guys think I should be banned? What's your problem? Nothing is just good enough for you guys. Nothing I do is ever good enough. I don't even know why I bother. This place is stupid. I don't even know why I'm wasting my time.

And why didn't I get any nominations for any good awards? I mean, yeah, there's most ladylike, but fat chance I'm going to win that one. I get that I was inactive for like four months, but you guys sure can remember me for the ones like Most Dramatic.
