Also, Psy, yes the middle is slightly less runny and cold but it melts in your mouth so well! And the chocolate melts pretty quickly too and it's a pretty special experience.
Freezing any and all chocolate anything is bound to make the experience of eating it that much better.

I've never outright frozen chocolate actually but putting it in the fridge just ruins it. Good chocolate has to be a liiiiittle bit soft.
