I tried texting Jiro to get him to have his turn already but I'm pretty sure he's well passed out in a puddle of his own vomit about now.
Nope, I only reveal cards when someone claims and at least one other contests. After we have one round done, it's back to Jiro and whatever role you may have ended up with due to swaps is what you get for the new round, except Jiro can now claim/check and not just swap, and I'm not telling who is what.

One thing I can do is take provisional moves when you go to bed in case you fear you'll miss a roleclaim.
PM it to me and say in the subject it's provisional, and in the body something like
- if JoePlayer claims then accept unless Condition
- if he claims after suchandsuch swapped then contest
