20 years ago, at the 1994 Winter Olympics, figure skaters Nancy Kerrigan and Tonya Harding were the two biggest stars in their sport. Kerrigan was attacked by a group of friends close to Harding, which erupted in a major controversy.

Last night, before the closing ceremony of the 2014 Winter Olympics, NBC aired a documentary entitled Nancy & Tonya, recounting the drama, featuring interviews with both Kerrigan and Harding about the controversy 20 years later, as well as a glimpse of their lives today. After the documentary finished, Kerrigan was interviewed in the international Olympics media center by NBC Olympics anchor Bob Costas, about her thoughts about the documentary. Their lives are vastly different today, and they will probably never cross paths again, and both state that it is time to move on once and for all, but this documentary simply serves as a closing to this saga.
