JE Sawyer Answers My Question on Villains and Motivations in Games

Anyone who knows me knows I love Obsidian and Josh Sawyer to pieces. I consider Sawyer a genius of writing and game design, and he is responsible for some of my favorite games, notably Fallout: New Vegas.

Two days ago, he answer a question I posed on tumblr regarding on how a villain can be written sympathetically with strong motivations and still be an effective villain. He responded with a twenty minute video that I think is absolutely fascinating.

I can die happy now.
