What is your favorite way to greet people?
My first thought was for which Sarah you wrote this thread, ha, ha, ha.
"Hi", "Hey", "Hallo/Hello", "Hisashiburi da na" would be mine.
This thread is a way to mock the sarah
"Hello" is very polite.

I like greeting people with a "Morning/Afternoon/Evening" depending on the time of the day, of course. Otherwise, just a "Hiya". :3
If im amongst friends IRL, I say like.. "yo yo yo wasaaaaaabi!?"

I say "hei" or "hallo". Sometimes I say "yo", even if i'm in norway talking to norwegians. It's also not rare to hear me say "skjer'a" which basically means "sup".

I say hi, hello, hallo, hola, hey, salut, and sometimes just YELL THEIR NAME AT THEM.
