I dunno! I try to think of some animal I feel some kind of kinship with, or are assigned values based on ~reasons~, but I can't think of anything that would match myself. 
I kind of hope that Pottermore will do some cool stuff with Patronus charms when it comes round to it.

I feel like it would be a wolf for no real reason in particular. If I were to summon a patronus there would probably actually be some stupid twist in which I find out I am my own patronus.

According to this quiz a Ram. I can agree with the inner strength, usefulness and loyalty, but I really don't know. I find it interesting that only 6% of people taking the quiz got that Patronus, though.
