It's not the Grammy awards. xD Best to not assume anything at this point, it'll be up to the people who are managing the event to advise on how things will end up happening, and a lot of that won't be known until much closer to the time. Things like the venue, music tastes and other such things will have to be considered before that kind of thing is really seriously looked at. Also, as Psy said, most of the bits between awards will be spent with people actually talking to each other.

June 2016 is all we got until we can hammer down how many people will be in attendance so we can book somewhere nice to hang out. Even if that's just booking a table at a nice pub. xD

It would be amazing if this actually happens. The sooner a date can appear though, the better, because I have to put in vacation months in advance for anything outside the US. Is there still a kickstarter or some sort of funding page for the event?
There was an IndieGogo, but it failed horribly. I'm thinking we should just have all donations sent to the EoFF (re: BoB's) paypal henceforth.
June 2016 is solid, and in a couple of months we're going to look into seriously booking a venue. I don't think we're totally sure about dates right now, and obviously it depends on what the availabilities of the venues are.

Can we rent Big Ben or Parliament? I think the Queen has a deviantart page based on her Cloud and Red XIII slash fics, so we might get in.
