I have mentioned this before but I used to run a World of Warcraft blog that wound up with like 1200 subscribers and over one thousand unique daily hits, and snagged me all sorts of interviews with big websites and podcasts and stuff. It was pretty neat. I miss doing it sometimes but you can't write a World of Warcraft blog when you're not playing of World of Warcraft, unfortunately.

Mister Adequate and I have been co-writing a video game blog for the last... three and a half years or so. We were really good about it for the first couple of years but these days we're much busier with our freelance writing stuff so it doesn't get updated quite as often.
