I know this is a real embarrassing question to ask but... just how DO you vote for people?

Best way to do it is to copy paste all of the posts from award guy in a PM to him, and then deleting lines that you are missing.
So say "1. Best Member - Newmani" would be a good example of a vote. Copy and posting the whole thing allows you check the options that you don't want to vote for.
