Do you look your age? Do you look younger or older than you actually are? Do you wish you looked younger/older?

People always think I'm young than I am. I'd say 90% of the time I get asked for ID for age restricted items (18 years old), despite being 24.

Last time, the lady on the till was like "YOU'RE 24!?" when she read my date of birth.

I don't mind, though. I think I will be glad for it when I'm in my 30's and I look younger! I just have to remember to take my drivers licence with me everywhere I go!

People are always surprised by my age. Currently, most assume I'm around 30.

I'm 30 and most people guess I'm about 23/24. In fact when I adopted my cat recently the guy asked if I was over 18 to see if I could even adopt.

When I was 19/20 and first entered the workforce people would regularly ask my boss if I was old enough to be legally working

I'm FINALLY reaching a point where people have stopped asking if I'm going to university. You know, cause it's not like I graduated from it seven years ago or anything...

I got ID'd on my 26th birthday, it was the first time in years.

I don't mind too much, I've worked retail and the general rule is to ID anyone who looks 25 or under. One time we had word that trading standards were visiting so I ID'd more thoroughly than usual. I ID'd a 36 year old but tbh I probably would have ID'd her any day of the week, she looked incredibly young for her age.

Yeah, I look pretty young. I'm now 22 and am only recently getting to the point where I will occasionally not get I.D'd. I asked someone recently and they said I look roughly 18-20 tops. I don't really mind, I think it suits me.

A few months ago a colleague was working out who was the youngest employee, and as there are a few 30 year olds she was doing it by month. "What about me?!" I said. "You're older, aren't you?" I was 26 at the time! But apparently it's because I carry myself more maturely. No I don't xD On the whole I look older because of my hair, or lack thereof! I think my face still looks quite young so I guess I can probably pass for being early 30's for the next 15 years. Go me?

As for me, I generally get assumed to be younger than I am, although apparently when dealing with people on the phone who haven't seen me, they assume I'm much older. I don't know what to make of that...

I act younger than I am but most people assume I'm actually older. Though thats understandable if I haven't trimmed my beard recently (usually to a grade 1), the beard is coming through far more "salted" than I'd like.

I don't really get carded much except at a couple bars and the state run liquor store. But I did have somebody stop in the parking lot of the gas station and ask me if I was 21. I was carrying a 12 pack of beer. I just laughed it off and told them I was 24.
