The Desktop Thread
This is something that I remember doing a while back. Basic principle is go to your desktop right now, and take a screenshot of it. Save the screenshot, upload to the internet and post it to the internet so we can see how cool/weird your desktop is.
This is currently what I am rocking
I tend to keep my desktop empty, the only things I have left at the top left are projects I am working on. Namely the Mario Kart High Score Challenge for June, and the Final Fantasy X HD Lets play.
#lolshamelesspromotion
Beside that I have a tales of Vesperia Background, and a Persona 4 Rainmeter Skin that never really gets used properly but is cool to look at.
What does your desktop look like? Care to share with the community?

It's a fresh install of windows 8 due to some reasons so there is nothing on my desktop in terms of icons aside from legally torrented linux ISOs that I copied from an external drive and I plan to finish watching a couple seasons of soon

Mine has been this since that 'ideal home' thread, I accidentally set it and have not changed it. I probably won't for like a year now. (Obviously it's all stretched and distorted looking too due to size.)
For like a year it was an image from Spirited Away.
But yes, it's this now:

I actually have about 200 wallpapers on rotation. Apologies for the mess.

I used to have all my backgrounds on rotation, but I stopped after a while. Now I have about 3500+ wallpapers I just peruse through and decide if there are any I like and go for that for a while.
