It's actually been awhile since I've hung out with any friends, but in my case, I usually hang out with them, usually we talk, play games, eat out, pretty much what everyone has said. It's just been awhile since I've done any of these with anyone other than my brother. In his case, I usually mess with his head a bit by telling him weird things.
