We have self-service checkouts and the queue moves along pretty quickly.

Also anyone who eats or drinks anything in a supermarket, before they've actually purchased the food/drink in question, is a plague upon humanity.

We don't have confec on the check-outs where I work anymore - the space is all taken up with fridges now. I used to just go the plain Cadbury blocks though. Sometimes I get a Mars Bar craving.
