Fixed. If you're still having any problem with the location of avatars, usernames etc. then please check your options under General Settings.

The skins are back, Fifteen is now set as default and if you want to change it, use the style changer at the bottom. To change your default skin for new PCs (ie, where you don't have cookies for EoFF), go into General Settings and change it there.
