Also I've made a slight change to the rules. Because of the huge numbers of staffers I think it would be best to have nominations for Best Staffer, just to prevent finalists having votes spread so thin. So if you have already kindly nominated please feel free to nominate for that particular Ciddie too!

On a related note and to put that decision in some context, I'd planned for four Highwind awards this year.
