I would disagree with that, even though I love SIII. Suikoden III is big and clunky, with interface and gameplay issues that haven't aged well. It's got a fantastic story and characters, as well as the best major battle system in the series, but for someone not already invested in the series and story, I wouldn't be surprised if a newbie got turned off early. I'd still recommend starting with I or II. Hell, maybe even IV (it's at least quick and easy, and a prequel to the first game).Originally Posted by Pumpkin
