If you can, use gender neutral pronouns where possible. It's what I did with my speech (unless I knew the preferred pronoun already).

For another one, you could always just take a more general approach and not write about every single member.
I actually tend to refer to them by their screen name, generally, forgoing the use of pronouns (again, unless I know them).
