I am enjoying these side-discussions you guys are having so I encourage you to keep them going, it gives great info. And yes, Ami is best girl!
I'll have to look into this Paranoia Agent thing.
Bow before the mighty Javoo!
Fate/Stay Night is incredibly dumb.
I enjoyed Fate/Zero a heck of a lot more, but I feel you get more out of it if you've seen F/SN first. But then, who knows.
I can't wait for Heaven's Feel. At this point, I don't hate Sakura. Mostly because she has no character. I am looking forward to her actually getting screentime and then she can join the rest of the cast in my "These Characters are Terrible" list.
Rin Tohsaka is also terrible.
Closest I get to a best girl is Irisviel von Einzbern and that is really pushing it.
Okay since no one else likes Evangelion
Psychological
Puella magi madoka

Higurashi no naku koro ni
Berserk (makes elfen lied look like 4kids in comparison)
Elfen lied
Shiki
Gantz
Comedy:
Gintama
GTO
School rumble
Ouran host club
Sad times, much tears:
Clannad
Air
Kimi ga nozumu ein (hated the ending)
Grave of fireflies (DO NOT WATCH THIS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCARRED FOR LIFE, CANNOT UNSEE, SO SAD YOU MAY FEEL LIKE DYING)
Romance:
Aoi spring ride
Kimi ni todoke
Golden time (made from same team as Toradora, similar art style but more grown up. Centres around university life)
Strobe edge
Fantasy:
Natsume yuujinchou (very relaxing to watch)
Yona of the dawn
Spice and wolf
Inuyasha
Ranma 1/2
Action:

Cowboy bebop
Drama:
Guilty crown
Your lie in April
Clannad: after story
Honey and Clover
Nagi no asakura
Oh, Golden Time was pretty great!
Nichijou and Arakawa Under the Bridge are probably my favorite comedies aside from Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei.
Space Brothers is pretty great... most of the time. it has pacing issues and even though it has an ending, it doesn't really go anywhere. It just... ends.
The tears I shed during that stupid as sin Rin centred episode in Fate/Zero. THE TEARS.

This post brought to you by the power of boobs. Dear lord them boobs. Amen
Yesss I love it, when we still had borders here in Aus, I'd just go there and read Claymore manga all day ^^
Raki was annoying at first, but Claire was exactly like him when she followed Teresa around before she became baddass, and Raki gets less weak and more useful as he grows up, even saving Claire sometimes so I definitely recommend reading the manga because it continues after the anime
