I think morning rolls are sometimes called breakfast rolls, and they are identified as such in any place I've bought them. Honestly, they're pretty crap, but good if you don't want to overdo it on the bread.

I don't mind Marynland biscuits, but they definitely tread the line between biscuit and cookie very narrowly. I would call them biscuits, though. Cookies tend to be larger and more... home baked-y. I buy cookies from bakeries and they come in bags with a short shelf life. Biscuits have a longer shelf life and come in packets like the one you linked.
