I only know of some of the newer shows because of our eldest. His fav is Gravity Falls, and he showed me a really cool "original" song from "Teen Titans", "The Night Begins to Shine". We still put that on in the morning sometimes (on the way to school).

Yes a fellow Danny Phantom fan! I haven't watched Teen Titans go because it looked like they had taken all the plot out, but I have got to say that song is really good. Man I forgot about Thundercats and Jackie Chan Adventures haha.

...that seems to be all I can think of atm. There's shows like DBZ, Pokemon, Spongebob and even TMNT that could be on the list because of nostalgia, but I haven't watched any of them in so long that it seems dumb to compare them to those shows above that I still love and quote to this day. I could be missing some though, I'll keep thinking.

It's cool how everyone has different favorites but all equally as good, I loved Futurama, The Venture Bros, Rick and Morty. Now I'm reconsidering my list...

For me to narrow them down to 10 was difficult I have got to say, I haven't got around to watching the Batman series but I have heard they're really good. Definitely on my must watch list. Clone High was a really good show along with Animaniacs, Freakazoid, Tiny Toon Adventures and Daria. American Dad beats Family Guy for me but it all comes down to preference.
