For this speech I wanted to personally thank each and every one of the nominees. Being approachable is a great quality to have. It helps encourage people to learn more and to fit in better. Things can be very intimidating when you first join a new group of any kind, but having someone there who will answer your questions and guide you in the right direction definitely helps make the transition easier. These are the members you can message if you have a question and they won't ignore you, blow you off, or look down on you for asking. It can make the difference between staying or going, or opening up in the future.

A big thank you to all of you and hopefully you carry this admirable quality with you in your everyday life. Congrats to the winners!

I did notice the lack of RSL votes! Genuinely upset that this tradition ended, even if I only learned about the history of it just now. I'm impressed they kept coming back!
