Yeah, I'd say FFVI is the one that needed a retranslation the least since Woolsey did a very solid job with the SNES release, but I still like how this version has more polish and prefer it ever so slightly. Still, it's not as big a difference as, say, FFV Advance that really drove the point home how light and fun FFV is, or the FFIV DS translation that added some much needed punch to an otherwise unintentionally silly script.

question: how exactly does the Atma blade work. I nevrr have been sure.

my team ive used so far is. Locke Edgar Gau and terra/celes/shadow. (Getting an ff2 vibe from my 4th party member)

Pretty sure the Ultima Weapon depends on a user's max HP. So the stronger someone is, the better it hits.

I always just give it to Terra though since it fits. It's a good weapon that can last you the entire game.
