That looks better than I expected, except for the gnorc who looks way too goofy. Still it's only marginally better than the hideous N. Sane trilogy, I'm not saying it needs to be super photo-realistic with bloom up the ass, but surely they could have made it better looking than a typical Wii game.
As with Crash, looks better than I expect from a "remaster" trilogy of PS1 games. I played some but never much of the Spyro games so maybe I'll pick it up.
It's really not that bad. I struggled way less with this compared with Crash, when I replayed both a few years back. I went on fully expecting to struggle to 100%+ the first one and I was done without much issue.
Not that the game was any less enjoyable for It, still great fun.
I cannot wait for that remastered soundtrack tho. It's gonna be great.
I appreciate Crash happened, but I was never really big into Crash. I never owned a Spyro game, but had a lot more exposure to him. And actually really enjoyed a couple of his games that my brother owned. So I probably will be picking this up day one. Hurrah for companies listening to fans
