I don’t buy those kinds of meals but I do use lots of plastic wrap. Once you poke through that’s all you need.

6-10 - It says “several” and I’m sticking to it
11-20 - Can’t be too careful...
21-50 - Full Catherine Tramell. Meat inside is re-killed.
