That said, I don't see it as disappointing. It's only natural that you can predict the tastes of people you hang out with on the internet a lot. Especially when the subject is RPGs, on an RPG forum.

Yeah, but Chrono Trigger isn't just predictable on EoFF. It's predictable across the internet. Which is why, despite it being probably near though maybe not quite on my top 10 of all time, I still consider it to be a very overrated game.

Oh I’m not complaining at all. Like Wooz said, I voted for both of them in the semifinals. I was just kinda hoping I would maybe be surprised a bit At least it’s not FFVII winning by a landslide this time lol!

That never happened. At least not since I've been here. I feel like I'm constantly being gaslighted about how FF7 is received here based on forum makeup of 10 years ago.
