Unless I'm much mistaken, the first battle of the Clone Wars took place on Gnosis.
*Unrelated note* I always got the impression that the Mandalorians played a much huger role in the clone wars than just providing templates for clones. I thought they were a dying out race that helped Vader hunt down the Jedi. It could be argued that they are, in fact, placed into that role, but a whole buncha copies of one Mandalorian hardly qualifies as a race. George Lucas can't direct his way out of a box. lousy guy.
