In a twist of events, Jess has discovered that her current account is indeed not her first account at EoFF and that she is the member formerly known as Jesssica (account now merged into her current account) who registered in 2002. So, sadly, she has been forced to pull out of the Best Newbie battle - however, all those who have voted for her will be PM'ed advising that they are still able to re-vote for this award.
