My favorite FMV has been and will continue to be:

I liked the cutscene with "Suteki Da Ne" playing in the background
"Everything has a purpose. It's your life's mission to find yours."
I like the one that introduces Auron in Luca. Where all the people are running away from the fiends. I always get chills when i see the beggining of it where its just a huge close up of his sword and it makes that awsome .....errr......sword....noise
I also like the cutscene where Seymour takes Yuna and the others through a scene of Zanarkand. Damn cool
I enjoy the cutscene in which Lord Seymour shows the party his sphere recording of memories from the Farplane. Beautiful stuff.
The Sending scenes - both in Kilika and during the ending - are similarly beautiful, but also sad.
Edit: Auron's appearance in Luca is great, too. Especially when we switch from the cutscene to the battle, and he strikes down that fiend with one blow.
Something puzzles me, though... Auron's chin has more hair than his armpit. Odd...

the conversation between auron and tidus in luca where u learn that jecht=sin.
uhm....when wakka grabs tidus by the neck and tells him to hold on to his chocobo's :rolleyes2
can't think of nething else.

i like the begining movie, the ending movie, and all the movies in-between :P
but i really like when they raid bevelle, and they all ride down on those cables cummin from the airship, i just think thats soooo awsome, but i also like:
- the first FMV
- the whole ending sequence (pritty much starts as soon as the battle ends)
- as titled in the game "the spring" more commonly known as "suteki da ne"
- just before they go onto the farplane
- when tidus walks in on yuna watching Jyscals sphere
there's no I in team, but there is in pie, as in meat pie, and meat is an anogram of team
i liked the fighting sin ones.they were cool.that was one of the most exiting battles on this game.

I loved all the scenes in bevelle, the kissy,kissy scene, the dance and the ending.
But a good one is rikku's introduction and she "stirips" in front of tidus.hehe
I like most, if not all the cut scenes, but my faves would have to be:
- Opening Scene, that was awesome
- Ending, it was so sad
- Sending in Kilika, So beautiful
- The Spring scene, also beautiful
- Auron's entrance in Luca
- Yes, and the one where Seymour shows them Zanarkand
- And all the scenes in Bevelle, with the wedding and the sliding down the ropes! Awesome!
The first scene with blitzball, that scene was just............kapow!
Dance Macabre
It's either the Lake scene or the ending, but when Seymour summons Anima for the first time that was pretty awesome.
