Here's a hint: In the line "In home of minds which us contrived", contrived tells you someone "made" the answers. The rest of that line tells you that we're talking about the home of the "makers" of the answers.

Now, if you put that together with what I've already told you (about the second stanza in particular), you should be able to localize the answers.

Hilda Garde III? My thoughts being that the "times of leisure...don't be blinded by the treasure" refers to the quest to obtain the potions that will turn cid into a man(maximizing your potential). "Found by the nimrod that arrived"-Cinna has one. "In home of minds that us contrived"-Everyone is strategizing as to whether the plan will work in Lindblum castle. "Then headed linearly forth." They use the Hilda Garde prototype ti reach Alexandria where the story continues. Lol I am so wrong

We've established that is related to Lindblum. Now, a "nimrod that arrived" there, what does that suggest? Does it ring any bells?
