im not gonna tell u the whole thing for it explains itself (unless of course ud like a thorough explaination than just ask )

Go to Kupo in Alexandria Bell Tower and he will have a letter for you for another moogle and from there keep delivering letters until the last one is back to Kupo
then u have to find some1 in alexandria
then u can go back to Mogent to collect ur reward

(a hint: one of the moogles is at the entrance to Fossil Roo...u must have Quina to find this moogle)

Mois: Qus Marsh ( you must have Quina in your party. Then proceed the same way you did to Fossil Roo and Mois will be outside the entrance)

Kupo: (then go to Ruby)
