One time I ganked this guy who was fighting a dog mob out in the Horseshoe zone, and then he wouldn't stop screaming at me that he was doing a quest, and I was like STFU and reroll, newb.
Yeah, this one time some level 27 dude was fighting like a level 30 thug. The guy was just about to win, but barely, when I stepped in at about level 23 and finished him off, then I turned and wanged the thug as well. Even better, the thug dropped Great Bling of the Ghetto +2.

I frequently stealth up to people, stab them in the eyes, then in the back a few times, the odd kidney punch and then finish off by eviscerating their already beaten body.
Usually I vanish away afterwards.
Not intentionally, although I have a fair few times by accident.
What a waste of reagents. You don't need to vanish after the guy's dead.
Unless the mob he was fighting is still alive, I guess, but you should be able to kill that too.
