I think it's one of the Child Massacres in Africa, maybe the one that went on in Rwanda during the mid 1990s, or one of the more recent ones (they tend to have them every few years, it's like a tradition).

I've never had my name changed voluntarily or by force by a humorously corrupt admin. Though I've always wanted to get my name changed by staff.
