Miriel has murdered Loony BoB. The death occurred after BoB walked in on Miriel and one Sexy McAwesome. The three of them reportedly dragged a fight down the stairs into the middle of the restaurant. It was unclear what the argument began with, however there was much shouting about some kind of evil plot. Miriel shot at BoB before he could reveal any further. Del Murder allegedly was trying to calm the situation down when the firing occurred, and had flung himself into the line of fire just a second too early, falling flat on his face a moment before Miriel fired the shot. Some people say he was valiantly defending his gang member, some say he was just trying to save his own butt as he thought Sexy McAwesome was about to fire at him. Others say he tripped.

No. We are not. We never were either. If I would break off any alliance with the Turks, you'd have to break off any alliance with the Judges. It's the only way I see fairness through this.
The Judges wish for an independent Namingway to the mutual benefit of both nations. They will not "protect" us from the Turks - it is merely a trading and military alliance. As the Turks have treated Namingway as a mere pawn, they have disgraced themselves and shown them to be enemies of Namingway. As the Judges are also the Turks enemies, it is only reasonable that we ally ourselves with them, should the Turks threaten invasion yet again.

We could end up as pawns of the Judges in the end. The Judges might be even worse than what you say the Turks are.
...I say, we break off alliances from both of them, and ally with the Shumi's, or the Corneo's. The Turks and the Judges are as bad as each other. If there was to be any peace between us, I see this as the only way of getting anywhere.
The Judges have done nothing to warrant our distrust. If they do show aggression such as the Turks, I will not hesitate to go against them, as well.
I'm sorry we wouldn't threaten invasion. We don't do invasions. We do ass kickings, though.
