What I like about the internet is that it affords me the use of punctuation I cannot manage in real life. Whilst there my exclamations must be accompanied by words, online I need type nothing more than '!' in order to expresss my point. Edit: I lament that ! would commonly be considered spam. Not so! ! is very expressive, unlike for instance , and :.

And that is what I like about the internet (Among other things, like the social implications of such a communication network, the ability to compose and revise what I say, and Rye's .gifs).
