I remember when I told my parents I was going to the movies, and my dad checked out what was on, and seriously inquired if I was going to watch Spy Kids. I was 16 or 17 at the time. He doesn't know how close he came to being murdered in his sleep. Watching Spy Kids? That's one of those things that you simply do not say. Not even as a joke.
