    If I remember correctly, Psychotic has a hat, and I notice a distinct abscence of any kind of hat on that guy! Therefore I am led to believe that it is not Psychotic!

    But the top of his head is cut off! He could be wearing TWO hats for all I know. He could be wearing such a hat that people mistake him for Neel or RSL...it's a fragile world we live in. Hats are only material things. It's the spirit of the hat that is ever omnipotent.

    Edit: Good lord! BM 121, I DO BELIEVE YOU'RE RIGHT. "...before he turned to evil"? Babies are evil, y'know. Babies' hats are invisible, and the thing at the back has its head cut off by a lousy camera-man. PROBLEM SOLVED!
