As humans, there is one thing we are weak to. Emotions. We are constantly affected by different things that conjure different emotions. One medium that can invoke very powerful emotions is the movies. And one of the easiest and most powerful of those emotions to be awakened is sadness. There is one particular movie of our time that gave us one of the saddest moments in movie history. Disney's The Lion King. This tale of a young lion's redemption scarred us as youngsters with a scene that showed the murder of the protagonists heroic father, Mufasa. As ten year olds, this sent us into a talespin of childhood depression. But as we got older and saw the movie multiple times, most of us became almost desensitized to the despair. But there are a few of us, who no matter how old or how many times they see this show, are still cut to their very core. These brave souls are not afraid to openly show the intense emotions they feel even after seeing the movie for the 50th time.
