Those are FreezePops, or IcePops. Freezie is a perfectly acceptable name for them.
Anything with a stick that is fruit flavored is a popsicle. If it has a stick, and it's orange on the outside with white on the inside, it's a creamsicle or a dreamsicle. If it's chocolate, it's a fudgesicle or fudgepop. If it has a crispy chocolate exterior and vanilla ice cream inside, it's a mule. And that takes care of that.
