    I called her knife - the dilalouge just sounded zidane.

    "Zidane, what is this thing you use as a weapon?"
    "A Dagger..."
    "Okay! I have decided what my new name will be Dagger! Is that good with you?"
    "Why don't you try Knife?"

    I named Her chloe ( my GF ) on my recent play through..Usually I stick with dagger or Sarah though.

    On a whim every runthrough I call her 'Shadow', Zidane is 'Angel', Steiner is usually 'Dumbass' and that's that.

    But, as for me, I never change the characters' names...

    Well first time through I named her "Knife", just because it was sort of ironic. I had tried "Broadsword", but that was obviously too long.

    Second time through I named her "Sandy" after my (now deceased) dog.
